This weekend, on Saturday, October 24th at 11:00pm EDT, there will be a 2 hour window where we perform database maintenance on the production cluster. The platform will be unavailable to any user for a brief period during this maintenance window, including both Studio and the employee experience. We recommend that no work or communications through our platform be planned for this window of time.

This maintenance continues our ongoing work to assure industry-leading platform uptime. Some of the work in this particular maintenance specifically addresses the root cause of a brief platform outage on October 7th, 2020.
