In order to provide you with the best service possible, we are planning to perform a Firstup platform maintenance that involves an upgrade to the database software to remain on an actively supported version of Postgres. This maintenance will impact US customers as it is being performed on the US infrastructure. EU customers are not impacted.
Downtime is expected to be for the full three hour maintenance window in duration due to the nature of the work taking place.
If there are any changes to the timing or expected impact, they will be updated in this maintenance post up to and during the maintenance itself.
